I've been getting so much homework lately; which makes me not want to do any graphic design projects.
I currently participated in a Graphic Designing competition, which was advertising skilled trades. I got bronze. I have to say, i'm not happy, at all...in fact very dissapointed and sad. But, next year, i'm definately going to take part again, and next time...I WILL WIN GOLD!

Because now I know what I did wrong, what I need to improve on, and that this is ADVERTISING, not pretty pictures. Which means, it needs to be simple, communicate a message efficiantly and clearly, and needs to be eye catching. I have learnt my lesson, but I still can't get over the fact that I got bronze, which makes me ashamed to tell other people why I wasn't in school today, or if they know why...how I did in the competition.
This really sucks. However, once I do get over my "glomminess", I'll probably tell them..and they'll say, "Oh...THAT WAS IT?". HECK YAH!
In other...happy stuff, i'm really excited for Grade 11. I have taken all the courses that I would ever want, 2 compulsory: Math, English, and my 6 electives: French, Arts and Publishing, Arts and Advertising, Multimedia (next level from Gr. 10, has more advanced Photoshop, Corel Draw / and maybe other vector based programs, and videography), Visual Arts, and Photography. At first, it was really scary getting what I want..and having no Sciences. I actually had to go to a guidence counselor for advice on whether I should take Sciences or not...and she made my day, she told me that, IT'S NOT NEEDED! Ah. I am a happy camper now.
Perhaps there will be more projects coming soon...otherwise, wait for a little bit...i'm getting back in the game...getting there....soon...
Thanks!

P.S: I will start updating soon. About next week i'm going to get my iMac, which is going to be so much better then this pc. Hah. My pc can't handle much at all, which really annoys me when i'm working on something...because it freezes up, not enough disk space, etc.
Plans:
1. New site layout
2. New design site layout
3. Finish postponed projects
